A three day event celebrating the life and work of Orwell is taking place at the Edinburgh Castle Pub, the city's
literary drinking hole.

and Out in London and Paris. Selections from his essays. Scenes from Animal Farm. Also showing a documentary on

Professor James Forsher of Cal State, Hayward, is an expert on government propaganda films. Tonight he delivers
a talk on celluloid propaganda and shows classic examples of the genre.
